Applied Behavioral Science
Research-grounded strategy on trust, motivation, and decision-making — applied to product, marketing, and organizational challenges rather than left in the literature.
Kukiinsights helps technology and mission-driven teams understand what people actually do — then builds product, research, and organizational strategy around it.
Each engagement draws on the same core method — rigorous behavioral inquiry, applied without losing the person at the center of it.
Research-grounded strategy on trust, motivation, and decision-making — applied to product, marketing, and organizational challenges rather than left in the literature.
Interviews, survey analysis, and pattern synthesis designed to surface what's actually true across markets and communities, not just the loudest signal.
Onboarding design, engagement strategy, and usability inquiry grounded in behavioral frameworks — built to inform roadmap decisions, not just validate them.
Roadmap prioritization, community and feedback-loop design, and behavioral interventions for teams building consumer platforms in wellness, creator, and community tech.
One-on-one and team coaching that integrates behavioral science with contemplative, spiritual, and meaning-making practices — supporting sustainable performance, resilience, and whole-person growth.
Curriculum, onboarding education, and learning-experience design for digital platforms — led by Chief Instructional Designer Stephanie Elizabeth Beckman and grounded in organizational and cross-cultural psychology.
We start with qualitative and quantitative signal from the people actually affected — not assumptions borrowed from another market.
Findings are read through established frameworks in judgment, cooperation, and cross-cultural psychology — then stress-tested against context.
Every engagement ends in a decision-ready artifact: a strategy, a research report, a roadmap — never just a slide of interesting findings.
Kukiinsights is led by two Members and Co-Managers — with contract researchers and UX/UI designers engaged as the practice scales.

Behavioral scientist, UX researcher, and product strategist. Her work sits at the intersection of academic research and applied practice — bringing peer-reviewed rigor to product and organizational questions, with a distinctive focus on spirituality and spirit tech.

Stephanie co-leads Kukiinsights, extending its behavioral-science foundation into instructional design, learning experience, and consciousness-oriented experience design.
Alongside its general consulting practice, Kukiinsights holds a distinguished focus on spirituality and spirituality technology — the fast-growing category of products that support faith, meaning-making, and inner life. Applied research territory most consultancies don't touch, and where Kukiinsights builds its own products as well as advising others'.
A compatibility-based matching platform for people across faith traditions, paired with a B2B SaaS layer for spiritual communities and organizations. Applying the same behavioral rigor to how people find belonging in faith.
A psychological visibility tool for creators, built around the gap between what creators make and what actually gets seen. Translating research on visibility, self-worth, and output into a usable product.
Kukiinsights' priorities and performance are governed by an independent advisor — Marcus U. Regueira.

FIR Capital
Executive Coach, Board Member, Mentor, and Advisor at Zissou S.A., certified by the Mayo Clinic Wellness Program and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), with a practice focused on spiritual mind-body unity. Marcus trained in the Spirituality Mind Body program at Teachers College, Columbia University — the same program that grounds Anupriya Kukreja's academic background, and the foundation of their advisory relationship at Kukiinsights.
Before his shift into coaching and advisory work, Marcus spent over two decades as co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of FIR Capital Partners, one of Brazil's earliest institutional venture capital firms. FIR backed and helped build category-defining companies including Akwan (acquired by Google), Oncoclínicas (acquired by Goldman Sachs Merchant Bank), and SambaTech, where he served as an Executive Board Member for six years.
As the Company's independent Advisory Board Member, Marcus holds authority to evaluate the Chief Behavioral Scientist's performance, direct business priorities, and recommend termination for cause — the oversight layer that sits above both Co-Managers.
